Mutqin Tilawah is a browser-based Quran reader. Your bookmarks, reading position, display preferences, favorite reciters, and reflection notes stay in this browser’s local storage; they are not sent to Mutqin.

Quran content and audio

Quran Arabic text, English translation, transliteration, reciter catalogue, and ayah audio are supplied through AlQuran Cloud / Islamic Network. Tajweed text and supported live word timing use public Quran Foundation endpoints where available.

Audio and content remain the property of their respective publishers and reciters. The reader caches requests in your browser to improve reliability and reduce repeated traffic. Please use the services in line with their published terms.

Tafsir and notes

The Tafsir button opens the identified source separately on Quran.com. Tafsir is not blended into Quran text. Personal reflection notes are private to this browser and are not tafsir or religious guidance.

Local diagnostics

When a service fails, the reader keeps a small local count of failure types so you can understand what happened. It contains no Quran text, notes, account information, IP address, or browsing history, and it is never transmitted automatically.
